Tray Adhesive Bonding Agent

Product Description

Pallet bonding agent for bonding type A silicone rubber to metal or plastic pallets.

Indications

For adhesion between additively cured silicone rubber impression material (PVS) and impression trays (plastic or metal) that cannot be easily fixed.

Directions for use

For trays made of plastic, check the compatibility of the tray adhesive. Make sure that the impression tray is clean, oil-free and dry.

Recommended use

1. Using a brush, apply the pallet adhesive to the impression tray in a flat, thin layer.

2. Allow the pallet binder to set for 3 minutes.

3. Attach the impression material to the tray within 30 minutes.

Storage and expiration date

-Store in a dry place at room temperature (15-25C/59-77°F). -Close the bottle tightly immediately after use. -Not to be used beyond the shelf life!
